Returns & Refunds Policy

LOvokit offers a 15-day commercial return policy for unused supplies in their original factory-sealed condition.

1. Eligibility Criteria

- Items must remain unopened with all brand serial tags intact. - Custom-manufactured tools or cables cut to length cannot be returned.

2. Process

- Log in to your portal and file a Return Request. - Once approved, our courier will collect the cargo. Refunds are settled under 5 business days upon delivery audit.
