Question 1

Do you support GST billing and corporate invoices?

Accepted Answer

Yes, LOvokit supports full B2B transactions. During the checkout process, you can select the 'Business Purchase' option and enter your corporate GSTIN (GST Identification Number) and legal company name. This information will be printed on the official tax invoices, which will be available for download in your dashboard immediately after dispatch.

Question 2

What is your typical delivery timeframe for heavy cargo?

Accepted Answer

Standard tools and hand tools are shipped via express courier and arrive in 2–5 business days. Heavy equipment (such as massive air compressors, lift gates, and workshop tool chest cabinets) are shipped via our specialized freight carriers. Freight shipments usually take 5–8 business days and include lift-gate delivery.

Question 3

How do I claim a warranty for Milwaukee or Bosch tools bought on LOvokit?

Accepted Answer

Every brand-name tool sold on LOvokit comes with its official manufacturer warranty (typically 1–3 years depending on the brand and registration). If a tool malfunctions, you can submit a Support Ticket in your account, selecting 'Warranty Claim'. We will generate a warranty label, and our courier will pick up the tool, repair/replace it at the brand's authorized service center, and return it to you at zero cost.

Question 4

What is your return policy for commercial buyers?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 15-day return policy for unused, unopened items in their original factory packaging. Please log in to your account, navigate to the Returns section, and select the items you wish to return. Note that custom-manufactured products or electrical switchgears cut to length cannot be returned unless received in a damaged state.

Question 5

Can we request a custom quote for large enterprise procurement?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. For bulk orders or regular contractual procurement, please visit our Contact page or raise a Support ticket specifying your product lists and quantity. Our corporate account managers will respond with customized volume discounts within 4 hours.
